Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, concierge mobile/home infusion (IV) therapy service delivering wellness and recovery treatments directly to patients’ homes, offices, or hotels. With operations across multiple states, including Texas, California, Florida, and more, we prioritize patient comfort, safety, and convenience by utilizing only Registered Nurses to administer our services.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager & Vice President of Patient Care Operations to lead our enterprise-wide operations, including our mobile healthcare teams. This executive role will oversee day-to-day operations, drive growth across existing and new markets, and ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in a multi-state environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in healthcare operations, capable of managing cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Executive leadership of both clinical and non-clinical operations across all markets, driving performance and ensuring efficient, effective service delivery that aligns with our commitment to patient-centric care.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and enhance patient care services continually.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets, leveraging data-driven strategies to expand our reach and services.
- Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s (MSN, MBA, MHA, etc.) or advanced professional degree (DNP, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, overseeing multi-site or location operations (5+ years of preferred).
- Proven experience in home-based healthcare services and remote workforce leadership is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of best practice and healthcare regulations and compliance requirements across various states.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for limited travel as needed to oversee operations across different markets.
