Mobile IV Medics has announced its merger with Mobile IV Nurses, bringing two established names in at-home IV care together as a single organization. The two companies shared the news on June 4, 2026, describing the merger as the next chapter for both brands.

Together with sister brands Lone Star IV Medics and Rocky Mountain IV Medics, the combined company now operates with more than 1,100 licensed nurses and medics across 19 states. Care is delivered wherever patients need it, at home, in offices, in hotels, and throughout nursing and wellness centers.

The merger brings together complementary regional strengths and years of clinical and operational experience. It also marks a meaningful change to how the organization is run, with leadership and medical direction now consolidated under one roof.

A Unified Leadership Team

The merger introduces a single leadership team to guide the combined organization. Brad Wenderoth has been named Chief Executive Officer, leading strategy and operations. Dr. Nicholas Walter steps in as Chief Medical Officer, bringing medical direction fully in-house and overseeing clinical protocols, physician oversight, and patient safety standards. Jonny Weber takes on the role of Chief People Officer, focused on culture and the practitioner workforce. JC Lombardo becomes Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, and Shelley Buffington continues as Chief Operating Officer, leading day-to-day operations and service delivery.

The company summed up its outlook in a short message shared with patients and staff this week: “Same mission. Greater impact. Stronger together.” Wenderoth framed the move as a step toward serving patients better rather than simply growing, pointing to the operational discipline and clinical standards both organizations have built over the years. Dr. Walter described mobile IV therapy as a maturing area of healthcare that deserves matching clinical infrastructure, and positioned in-house, physician-led medical direction as the way to keep standards consistent. Jonny Weber, meanwhile, framed the combined teams as the heart of the organization and the merger as an opportunity to invest in nurses and medics with better tools and stronger career support. JC Lombardo pointed to the value patients place on a fast, professional visit, and described the combined organization as able to deliver that in more places and with more depth than either brand could alone.

What the Combined Organization Offers

The organization continues to deliver on-demand IV therapy, including hydration, recovery, immune support, wellness, and specialty IV treatments, wherever patients need care. Every infusion is administered by a licensed Registered Nurse or paramedic under the medical direction of a board-certified physician. Bringing that medical direction in-house is designed to keep physician oversight and clinical standards consistent across every state the combined organization serves.

The company also points to expanded availability and faster response times as it coordinates a larger team across its service area. For current patients, the day-to-day experience stays familiar. The booking process is the same, the same licensed nurses provide care, and the same treatments remain available. The changes happen mostly behind the scenes, in the depth and consistency of the team standing behind each visit. The organization has also signaled that it intends to keep expanding into new markets in the months ahead.

Practically, a larger and more coordinated team gives the organization more flexibility when demand is high, since visits can be staffed from a deeper pool of nurses and medics rather than a single regional roster. The in-house medical direction is meant to support that scale, so that the same protocols and physician oversight apply whether a visit takes place in one state or another.
